ACCA
In 2016, the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Economics received a professional accreditation of its undergraduate study programme by the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), which is a confirmation of the compliance of the education system at our Faculty with the most up-to-date world professional standards in the field of accounting, audit and financial management. Thus, the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade became the first school in South-East Europe to hold this prestigious international professional accreditation.
At the same time, the Faculty of Economics got a large number of its subjects accredited, on the basis of which our graduates are entitled to automatic exemption of 7 (out of 9) exams of the ACCA F-level (F1, F2, F3, F4, F7, F8 and F9), which is the highest number of exemptions from the ACCA exam compared to all other higher education institutions in the field of economics and business management in this part of Europe.
Based on the ACCA accreditation, students of the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Economics gained the right to participate in ACCA accelerated program for passing the remaining ACCA exams during the course of their study. Namely, the students of our Faculty are entitled to take ACCA exams under substantially more favourable conditions than stipulated by the general regime, during their studies, as well as within two years after graduation.
This makes the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade a higher education institution with the highest number of ACCA accredited exams.
